On the morning of delivery you will receive an SMS text message giving you a one hour 'window of delivery' (e.g. beteween 11.15am and 12.14am.) You cannot change this time but you can change the delivery to another day by following the instructions in the text.

 

You will need to enter a mobile phone at the checkout to receive this service. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed after despatch has been made.

All trophy deliveries are shipped Monday to Friday. We will NOT normally deliver on a Saturday therefore items sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday unless you specifically request a Saturday delivery. There is an additional charge for this service.

YOUR PRESENTATION IS IMPORTANT TO US, PLEASE ALWAYS STATE YOUR GENUINE PRESENTATION DATE.

1. Please state your ACTUAL presentation date during the checkout process. We have never knowingly missed a presentation in 40 years of trading and continue to strive for that unbroken record.

2. You will receive e-mail notification on the day of dispatch and a tracking link to allow you to track your delivery on-line. (Excluding economy and Snail)

3. Most deliveries are now contactless. Our delivery driver will photograph the parcel after delivery. Delivery takes place on the working day following dispatch. If no one will be available to receive the parcel you should consider using a business address. If no one is in when the parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
