Easy Order Next

After you've placed your EASY ORDER on-line here's what happens next...

  1. We PROCESS your order and allocate your stock.
  2. We DEDUCT any extra discount that you may be entitled to.
  3. We ADD your pesonalisation details & your personalised centre if it's required.
  4. We ADD your EXPECTED Delivery date.
  5. We SEND you a copy for you to check and AMEND or CONFIRM
  6. We SEND you an INVOICE when you are happy with the price and details we've sent to you.
  7. You CHECK, confirm and PAY for your order
  8. We PERSONALISE, prepare and pack your order
  9. We ADVISE you when you're order is complete.
  10. We DESPATCH by overnight courier and send you a tracking link with a ONE HOUR DELIVERY SLOT.
  11. We SEND you an SMS TEXT and an email on the day of delivery telling you when your parcel(s) will arrive within a specified one hour slot. (e.g. 10.14 am to 10.15 am)
  12. We CHECK that you have received your order and that you are happy with it. (We do this 48 hours after delivery so that you have time to check it carefully)
